Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with the items you’ve received.

 

If for any reason you are not happy or your items are faulty, we will happily provide a refund or store credit within 10 days of your original purchase.

Any items wishing to be returned must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original packaging in the same saleable condition they were sent to you in. 

Items where the original packaging is damaged or tags/labels removed will not be accepted for return.

Please check sizing before ordering and if you need any further help, please feel free to contact us at hello@littleflutters.co.nz or via one of our social media channels.

Due to hygiene reasons, swim nappies cannot be returned unless faulty and unworn.

If a product doesn't fit upon arrival, you are welcome to return it under this returns policy as long as it meets the requirements above.

We do not offer exchanges, so please make sure you choose carefully.

No refunds or store credit will be given on sale items except as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Returns are to be shipped at your expense (unless products are faulty) and must be done so with a signature required as we are not responsible for any returned items lost in the post.  

Once return has been received, we will process your refund or store credit.  

Before sending your item, please make sure you include your contact details, your order number and whether you would like a refund or store credit.  

Please make sure you contact us before returning any items. Do not ship any items for return without contacting us first.
