Terms of service

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars.

Payments can be accepted by credit card, debit card or via direct credits into our bank account (New Zealand customers only). Our credit cards are accepted via Shopify payments.

Items will not be packed or shipped until full payment has been received.


We aim to have your items shipped to you within 1-2 business days after an order has been placed (unless we have had a sale) which may result in a longer timeframe. You should receive your items within 2-3 business days for North Island orders and 3-5 days for South Island. Please note, for rural addresses this may take longer, up to 10 working days

If for any reason there is an inaccuracy with our stock numbers or we are unable to source a particular product, we will contact you via the email address provided as soon as possible to offer an alternative or will will happily refund you.

All items are thoroughly checked over by us before sending but on the rare occasion you find a fault in any of the items provided, please contact us immediately at hello@littleflutters.co.nz
On return of the item, we will inspect it for the fault or damages concerned and only if we deem it faulty and not general wear and tear, we will meet our requirements under the Consumers Guarantees Act.

Please make sure products such as clothing items, wraps, blankets etc, where possible, have been washed prior to first use. Little Flutters takes no responsibility for any damages caused to products during the washing process.

As with any photos viewed through devices, colours can be represented differently depending on lighting, brightness and general settings on different phones and devices.
